WEEKLY PHOTO CHALLENGE – COMFORT

Wow!  This topic is going to expose all my self-indulgent tendencies. But here goes.

Comfort for me is a short break in the day’s routine when I can indulge myself for a little while in the following ways:

Curling up in my comfy reading chair with one cat on one armrest and the other curled up on the ottaman at my feet.

Turning on some music by a favorite artist. Today’s choice is Own the Night by Lady Antebellum.

Opening my Kindle to a book from a favorite writer. Today’s choice is Garden Spells by Sara Addison Allen.

Eating a few spoonfuls of a rare culinary indulgence. Today’s choice is Blue Bell’s Pistachio Almond ice cream.

Yum.

Okay I’m ready to get back to writing now.
