GETTING READY FOR FALL

After a couple months of mostly triple digit temperatures. I am definitely ready for fall.

I know it will be a while before the leaves begin to turn . ..

But soon the new fall line-up of TV shows will start.

I’m putting all my favorites in the save slots of my DVR. That way I can watch when I want to without annoying commercials. Usually only allow myself 2 hours per day for this, but it’s a nice break from work on the computer.

What do I watch?

Dare I admit to being a reality performance show junkie.

That’s right: Dancing With the Stars, The Voice, The Sing Off, The X-Factor, American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance.  I love them all.

Then, there are my dramas: The Good Wife, Gray’s Anatomy, Blue Bloods, Harry’s Law, Castle.

And football: The Cowboys and Tony Romo, TCU, Cincinnati Bengals and Andy Dalton. Like Kenny Chesney, I love “the boys of fall”.

This is the time I also bring out my craft basket because I do needlework projects while I watch TV.

Maybe this year I’ll actually set up a shop at Etsy.

It could happen.
